Le Campus International Aladfi est organisé sur une durée de 15 jours dans un même lieu de travail et de résidence (La Ferme de Villefavard en Limousin) cette 4e édition du campus comprend :

10 stages de formation de 2 à 9 jours (financements possibles grâce à la certification obtenue par l’ALADFI)

Un "workshop" ouvert de lutherie et d’archèterie

NOUVEAUTES 2026 : 

  • Quelques nouveaux stages pour compléter les formations dans des domaines qui nous intéressent particulièrement ont été mis en place pour vous :
    • Une « Carte Blanche » à Peter Oxley  d’une durée de 3 jours sur les méthodes de fabrication spécifiques à l’archèterie anglaise
    • 2 nouveaux sujets sur la fabrication des pigments et l’utilisation de nouveaux matériaux et techniques pour la restauration et la retouche par Pierre Flavetta.
  • Workshop d’archèterie : préparation d’une copie d’un archet Tourte un peu spécial: celui qui accompagnait le violon Guarneri del Gesù acheté par Menuhin à Juliette Maury à Villefavard.
  • Dans le cadre du « projet Guarneri », nous aurons la chance d’accueillir Stéphanie-Marie Degand ainsi que 3 étudiants du CNSM pour des tests comparatifs sur l’instrument original et les copies en cours de fabrication. Claudia Fritz (accompagnée d’Adam Lipinsky) viendra encadrer les expérimentations acoustiques autour de tous ces violons.

Des ateliers d’écoutes et de réglages avec la présence de musiciens en résidence.

Causeries, présentations, conférences, musique de chambre…

Nombreux moments de rencontres et de convivialité.

The CAMPUS INTERNATIONAL ALADFI is organised over a period of 15 days in the same place of work and residence (La Ferme de Villefavard in Limousin (France)).

This 5th edition includes:

10 training courses of variable lengths (from 2 to 9 days)

 An open workshop:  violin making and bow making

NEW for 2026: 

  • New courses have been set up for you to complement your training in areas of particular interest to us: discover all the courses HERE
    • Including a three-day “Carte Blanche” with Peter Oxley on methods specific to English bow making
    • as well as 2 new topics about pigment making and new materials and techniques by Pierre Flavetta.
    • And for the bow-making workshop: preparation of a copy of a rather special Tourte bow: the one that accompanied the Guarneri del Gesù violin bought by Menuhin from Juliette Maury in Villefavard.
    • As part of the “Guarneri project”, we will have the opportunity to welcome Stéphanie-Marie Degand and three students from the CNSM for comparative tests on the original instrument and the copies currently being made.
    • Claudia Fritz (accompanied by Adam Lipinsky) will supervise the acoustic experiments involving all these violins.
